Sinking Ship

The waves crash on the ocean like shattered glass.
Each and every hour, second, moment, creeps slowly.
The darkness is deeper than the abyss of the sea.
Swimming in endless circles I struggle for the surface.
There is an endless storm swallowing everything in sight.
Scrambling for oxygen I find the light.
Deeper than anything I ever thought could be.
You give me air so I can breathe.
